Job Description
What’s the focus of this position?
The Property Services Team perform a range of tasks relating to routine maintenance, operations, and upkeep of St Philip’s Christian College Gosford and its grounds. This position also involves driving the College Bus fleet in order to transport the students to and from events.
What you’ll be doing: The Property Services Team member is responsible for:
Undertaking minor maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Maintaining and caring for the College grounds.
Safely and proficiently operating various tools and equipment in accordance to WHS standards.
Unpack, store and/or distribute supplies in accordance with College procedures and safe work standards.
Organising rooms, furniture and other items / equipment for College activities as required.
Driving the College Bus to and from events as required.
Cleaning and maintaining the College buses.
You will be required to carry out other duties that are within the limits of your skills, competence, training and / or experience as directed by your supervisor or College Principal.

Valid Working With Children Check
Exemplary driving record (LR Licence required). Minimum 1 year experience driving a bus.
WHS compliance with various tools and equipment
First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willingness to become qualified)
Other valuable skills you may have:
Experience in property maintenance in a school setting.
Qualifications in a particular trade.

This is a casual position. The current hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm.
